By accessing or using Terrefta AB (“we,” “us,” or “our”) SaaS services (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Terrefta AB provides POFile.io, a service that makes it possible to populate PO Files with translations.
The Service is accessible via https://pofile.io/ and any associated applications.
The Service allows users to submit PO File data for processing. Please note that the submitted PO File data may be processed by external third-party services to provide the intended functionality of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data by these third parties, which may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your subscription. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes but is not limited to:
Prohibited Data Submission: You must not submit PO File data containing any personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive personal data, unless you have obtained explicit consent from the individual(s) concerned. By submitting such data, you confirm that you have the necessary permissions to do so.
All content, trademarks, and data on the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Terrefta AB or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terrefta AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Terrefta AB harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
